The free tier costs nothing, so no refund applies. You can try a complete mock test in each exam before deciding to enrol.
Because our content is digital and accessible immediately on payment, enrolment fees are generally non-refundable once access has been used. As a goodwill measure, if you have not attempted any test or accessed paid material, you may request a refund within [7] days of payment.

If you were charged but enrolment was not activated, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment reference and we will refund the affected amount in full.
